This page lists the cookies jup.incpay.co sets, what each one is for, how long it lasts and how to refuse the optional ones.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They let us remember what's in your basket, your chosen language and your consent choice, and they help us understand which pages people visit most. Alongside cookies we use similar technologies: localStorage and pixel tags in emails.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary. The site doesn't work without them: basket, session security, and remembering your choice in the cookie banner. Always set; no consent required.
- Functional. Remember preferences such as language, delivery region and recently viewed products. Turning them off doesn't break the site but makes it less convenient.
- Analytics. Collect anonymised statistics: how many people opened a page, where they came from, where they stopped. Only set with your consent.
- Marketing. Used to show relevant advertising and measure its performance, including through Google Ads. Only set with your consent.

4. Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit a banner appears at the bottom of the screen with two choices: "Essential only" or "Accept all". The banner does not cover the page content, and you can keep browsing before you decide. Analytics and marketing cookies are not set until you choose "Accept all".
You can withdraw consent at any time: clear this site's cookies in your browser settings and the banner will reappear, letting you choose "Essential only".
5. Browser settings
You can manage and delete cookies in your browser settings. Instructions from each vendor:
Blocking cookies entirely will stop the basket and checkout from working properly.
6. Third-party services
Some cookies are set not by us but by third-party services we use: Google Analytics and Google Ads. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies:
We do not pass your name, address, phone number or order contents to these services in identifiable form.
