The short answers
How much is shipping and how fast will my order arrive?
Within the US: 2–5 business days, $9 standard and free on orders over $120. Express delivery in 1–2 days costs $22. International shipping takes 7–14 business days and starts at $24 depending on the country. Full rates and the country list are on the Shipping page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and the tags are still attached. US returns are free — we email you a prepaid label. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the parcel. Details are on the Returns & exchanges page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments run over a secure connection through a PCI DSS certified gateway; card details are never stored on Jup servers.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a table of real garment measurements (chest width, length, sleeve length) plus the model's height. If you're between two sizes, email [email protected] and we'll reply within one business day.
Is Jup a real company?
Yes. The store is operated by Jup Apparel Inc., registered in the State of New York. Our registered address, phone number and email are in the footer of every page and on the Contact page, and a real support team answers the messages.
