Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of jup.incpay.co and the contract of sale between you and Jup Apparel Inc.
Version dated 1 August 2026
1. General
These Terms govern the use of jup.incpay.co and the purchase of goods through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site to make purchases.
2. The seller
The seller under the contract is:
Jup Apparel Inc.
A corporation registered in the State of New York, USA
Address: 214 Lafayette Street, Suite 5B, New York, NY 10012, USA
Phone: +1 (212) 555-0142
Email: [email protected]
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm, Sat 11:00am–5:00pm ET
3. Placing an order
- Product information on the site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
- The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has shipped.
- We may decline to confirm an order if the item is out of stock, there is an obvious error in the price or description, the payment fails our checks, or the order shows signs of resale or fraud. In those cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
- You can change or cancel an order until the parcel is handed to the carrier — contact support.
4. Prices and taxes
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include packaging.
- Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address in line with state law and shown as a separate line before you confirm payment.
- Shipping costs are calculated in the basket and displayed before you enter payment details.
- For international orders, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient and are not included in the order total (see Shipping).
- There are no hidden charges, automatic subscriptions or compulsory add-ons on this site.
- We may change prices; for orders already confirmed, the price at the time of ordering applies.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed by an external provider certified to PCI DSS; full card details are never passed to Jup and are never stored on our servers. Orders ship once payment has been successfully authorised.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, rates and destinations are set out on the Shipping page, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the buyer or to a person nominated by them.
7. Returns and exchanges
You may return goods within 30 calendar days of delivery on the conditions set out on the Returns & exchanges page. These conditions are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
8. Quality and guarantee
We warrant that goods match the description on the site: fabric composition, weight and country of manufacture. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. Minor differences between the colour shown in a photograph and the actual garment, caused by screen settings, are not considered a defect.
9. Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to take any action that:
- breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- aims to disrupt the site, circumvent its security, or scrape data automatically without our written permission;
- involves uploading malicious code;
- misrepresents your identity or your relationship with Jup.
We may restrict access to the site without prior notice if these rules are broken.
10. Intellectual property
The Jup name and logo, the site design, photographs, text and graphics belong to Jup Apparel Inc. or are used under licence. Copying and commercial use without written permission are prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted: viewing, saving a page and printing it for yourself.
11. Liability
We are responsible for performing the contract of sale properly, to the extent required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations where this is caused by events beyond its reasonable control: natural disasters, armed conflict, carrier strikes, restrictions imposed by public authorities, or large-scale communications failures. We will announce such events on the site and by email.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We ask you to try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first: email [email protected] and we will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in the City of New York.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Final provisions
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
- We may amend these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
- The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
- Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Returns & exchanges pages form an integral part of these Terms.
